UNLIMITED PROTOCOL VEGETABLE ALLOWED AT A MEAL
The vegetable serving of 100g minimum that we used to advise (and may still exist in some legacy documents -- sorry!) has been updated to unlimited amount per meal.
Simeons never specified what a "serving" of vegetables was. So, in the spirit of this information, we changed our information to unlimited at a meal. Eat your fill of your Protocol-friendly vegetable choice at a meal, but use this liberty wisely. Eat until you're almost full. This is one of the best ways to completely eliminate hunger throughout Phase 2.
If you're still feeling "hungry" after eating your fill at a meal, then this phenomenon is almost certainly psychological. If you're full of good food, you can't possibly be "hungry." Simeons referred to this as a feeling of 'emptiness,' pointing out that some of his patients on or about the fourth day of treatment "...say they feel a bit empty but hasten to explain that this does not amount to hunger."
