Many members have asked about the following products. We have a partial list of products below that are OK for this protocol.
There is one rule of thumb: - If it has organic oils in it - we can't use it in Phase 2.
There are exceptions to this -- if it is rinsed right out - it may be OK and not cause any problems.
Cold Pressed Coconut Oil products are OK for P2 for outside application only - not edible.
Deodorants - no organic oils - see the products list below or look in tips/tricks/recipes to make your own.
Some lip balms can be used with no problems: OK everyone - help needed!
The following is a list of the lip balm that can be used that does not have organic oils and doesn't mess with this protocol.
ChapStick® Classic - contains methylparaben and propylparaben.
Vaseline Lip Therapy Petroleum Jelly, Advanced Formula - Ingredients: White Petrolatum USP (100%)
Vaseline Lip therapy cherry - ingredients are white petroleum flavor and sodium saccharin.
Why we can NOT have:
Carmex - active ingredients: Camphor, Menthol, Phenol, other ingredients: beeswax, cetyl esters, flavor, fragrance, lanolin, paraffin, petrolatum, salicylic acid and theobroma cacao(cocoa) seed butter.

Rob found out that the mint in most toothpastes and mouthwashes is fake and OK to use EXCEPT TOM's of Maine - that is real mint and cannot be used.
