High Fat Foods
Dr. Simeons just said to eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. However, you might need to try a different type of thing with your food - the high fats thing.
High fat foods give a sense of fullness that other foods just do not give.
During Phase 2, our bodies are consuming mostly fat for 50 days. Some food, yes, but fat from our stores. It gets used to high fat intake, then we take away the fat and give it other things and it goes crazy.
So perhaps you need to try the high fat diet. Healthy fats of course: Coconut oil, olive oil, butter, cream, sour cream, cheese, cream cheese, nuts, avocados etc.
What does it look like? It looks like the kinds of food people ate in the 1950's when Dr. Simeons was doing this. Meat with veggies and fruit but with butter and sauces and gravies and fat.
We may have have been trained wrong. We need to re-think our eating habits and get smarter.
There is a book out there which contains so much information about coconut oil - it is available in e-book form. There is so much great info in it and it is well worth the time and expense.
Fat does not make us fat! Sugar and starches with the fat does!
