Phase 2- Spray: Dosage Information

Dosage Information: On the bottle is says - 2 sprays orally/ 2 times per day.

That means 2 full squirts, 2 times, every day 12 hours apart. Aim at the back of the roof of your mouth for best absorption.

First spray - last night of load day = any time before bed.

Next morning start spray dose at a time that best suits your chosen 12 hour cycle.

Full round = spray until your bottle is empty - usually about 50 days give or take.

Half round = 23 spray days minimum.

If you miss a spray - just spray when you remember. If it too close to your other spray time - just spray once that day and go back to your 12 hours apart the next day. (If necessary, set your alarm on your cell phone to remind you!)

Unlike the injections, where they have to skip one day a week - you spray every day.

Golden 1/2 Hour - Do not eat/drink/take/apply/smoke anything during the "Golden 1/2 hour" - 15 minutes before and after you spray.
