    if you have already done a full round and this is round two, do you still need to continue for 23 days?

    how do you increase calories while still on P2?  Eat bigger portions or more frequently?  Are any P3 foods allowed before finished day 23?

    I would increase my protein portion.   You are already eating plenty of veggies each meal, or I assume you are.  If not you can also add in more veggie per meal.  I would not add a fruit as 2 per day is plenty and they are carb heavy.
