BACK TO BACK ROUNDS
Are you thinking of possibly doing (what we term) "Back to Back" rounds to get your weight off faster? I.e., shortening Phase 3 or skipping Phase 3 entirely and simply continuing Phase 2?
We've heard all sorts of pleas, reasons, and justifications for continuing the weight loss achieved in Phase 2 beyond the recommended (maximum) of 50 days.
DON'T DO IT!!!!!!
You risk many complications, including (but not limited to) anemia, gall bladder problems, hair loss, etc., as well as trouble maintaining your newly-acheived weight.
PLEASE FOLLOW PROTOCOL AND DO THE FULL SIX WEEKS OF PHASE 3!
Dr. Simeons spent countless hours developing the protocol the way he did. Whether it's hCG or HHCG, the brilliance of his work is proven over and over.
Note: Many of the early members, especially moderators, tried doing Back-to-Back rounds as an experiment–we had no data regarding this phenomenon on HHCG at that point. The results: Most have had trouble maintaining their new weight. We emphatically urge you not to extend P2 beyond 50 days.
After the dosing phase (Phase 2), transition into Phase 3A (three weeks) then move into Phase 3B (three weeks). After this, you may begin the Protocol again at Phase 1, with a minimum of 2 load days.
