Many people are not seeing, overlooking, not wanting to do, or something...
Below is information on the correct way to begin Phase 3.
1. Weigh the morning of your last spray day.
This is your Last Spray Weight = LSW.
2. Use that weight for all your calculations.
3. Stop spraying after your last dose that night.
4. In the morning - your Phase 3 starts.
Please don't forget to re-read 'Pounds and Inches' pages 30 - 32 for a fresh look at phase 3.
First 3 weeks of Phase 3 = Phase 3A - No sugars. No starches.
Always stay on the 500 cals until your hunger kicks in. Usually 2 - 3 days. (A maximum of 3 days)
The best advice for starting P3 is eating P2 foods while doubling or tripling your protein.
Add 1 or 2 new foods a day so you can see what messes with you.
Eat your veggies & fruits!
Eat protein with everything else you eat (protein with fruit, protein with veggies, etc)
Try new proteins.
No sugars. No starches. (This means no Melba Toast / Grissini in Phase 3!)
Do NOT forget your veggies. You can mix them now!

Real dressing (watch for sugar), real butter, real cream, coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, sour cream, cream cheese, cheese, plain yogurt (sweetened with stevia if desired).
Drink your water too! Still important.
It is a good thing to dose up on the minerals, Omega 3, 6, 9's (Fish oils) and multi-vitamins too during Phase 3 if you are going to do another round.
If you want to go back to coffee after your detox - you can drink it again from the first day of P3.
Most find it works best to eat the higher proteins and high fats earlier in the day and then taper off as the day goes by.
Remember - eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. Don't stress - it still messes.
You can go back to your favorite things now - shampoos, conditioners, make-up, everything you have missed.
Second 3 weeks of Phase 3 = Phase 3B
Slowly add back in your sugars and starches - still watching to see which ones mess with you.
Do NOT combine sugars/starches and fats!!!! That is the most dangerous combination! Wait until the end of P3B to do that.
If you want to do the calorie count thing for Phase 3 - it is just a helping tool. It is not set in stone.
